The House Cleaning Alliance's Cleaning Industry supply & demand survey for Northwest CT for the week of 19 January 2008 can be used to analyze the relative supply and demand for Northwest CT as it compares to other metros, and for analyzing the trends over time throughout Northwest CT. Additionally, because the Cleaning Industry survey is sorted by keywords, it offers some insight into which keyword terms might be most effective for use in marketing or searching for services in Northwest CT.

The Cleaning Industry survey for Northwest CT is derived from the count of ads submitted: 1) by Cleaning Industry service providers offering their services (supply) during the week of 19 January 2008 ; and 2) by home owners seeking Cleaning Industry service providers (demand) during the week of 19 January 2008 . For this reason, the survey represents a proxy for assessing the relative strength of supply for Cleaning Industry, and to a lesser extent demand for Cleaning Industry in Northwest CT, as a basis for comparison over time or across metros.

One interesting thing to note is that there are quite often many times over more ads by Cleaning Industry providers offering services than there are ads seeking Cleaning Industry providers.
